UK property prices 2008-10

Here is a slightly different way of looking at UK property prices over the last three years. The Acadametrics national house price index is split into three years; 2008,2009,and 2010, with each year being plotted separately. The index 100 represents prices in January 2008.

The chart shows that each year has had its own particular trend; 2008 was a year of decline, prices recovered in 2009, and were broadly flat in 2010.
