Watch out, there are a few rude words in this youtube clip.
Some taxpayers head down to RBS HQ and ask for their money back. Surprisingly, quite a few RBS employees actually dig into their pockets and contribute. However, the fun comes to an end when the old bill arrive and threaten the taxpayers with section 5 of the public order act.
There is classic line at the end of the clip, when the police man says to a young female taxpayer "take the teeshirt off now or get arrested".

A yob in need of a job. (and a life, while he's at it...)
The people who stole the money are in 10 downing street.
"I don't like smart arsed people, if I'm being quite polite I expect a bit of respect .."
Does the snorting creature really think he was being 'quite polite'?
The RBS people are at 135 Bishopsgate, not 250. They are harrasing the wrong people.
